　　推荐两款软件，我用的比较得心应手，确实帮了很大的忙 1、练习记忆单词的 叫 单词大爆炸 主要考察自己的单词记住那些，没记住哪些。强化记忆。分类比较全面，四六级 gre 托福等都有 2、sitman PC 复读机 这款软件适合放听力，然后自己把听力完全写下来。比如下载voa、bbc的新闻，然后自己听写。里面的各种按钮很全。 我建议，学习英语还是不要把精力放到电脑上通过电脑的什么什么现代化软件学习等等。最重要的还是要自己在下面看书。 在网上干什么呢，主要训练的是口语和听力。听完一定要模仿，否则口语过十年也提高不了。我大致说一下我的做法： 1、先说听力，网上voa，bbc听力一大堆。把音频和文本都下载下来，然后反复听，听的过程中，强迫自己写下来（这一点非常重要，一定要写，不会的就空着）。先从慢速英语做起，几个月后过渡到常速英语。半年后，会有非常大的进步。我就是这么做的，这是一个老师教的，至今仍然非常感谢那位老师。另外，一定要模仿，否则口语永远上不去。 2、再说阅读能力，无非就是词汇、句法的积累。关于这个问题，平时一定要广泛阅读。比如各种英文杂志：英语沙龙、英语学习、英语广场。。。。非常多，可以根据自己水平选择一些来读。 3、多看一些带有中英文字幕的电影，网上也很容易找到。我记得飞鸟影苑里有一个版块是发布中英文字幕的电影的。 多积累，不要三天打鱼，两天晒网。坚持不下去，你就永远也没有进步，原地打转转。 祝你好运。 good luck
