Shortly after you registered for the English at Leisure
course, you went to a department store and bought a Sanyo radio cassette
recorder (Model 1770K) with which to listen to the course’s audiotapes. That
was a month ago. However, two weeks ago, the machine destroyed two of your
tapes. You took the sales receipt, the guarantee, and the machine back to the
