这个成绩蛮不错的呢？阅读和听力有待加强呀！建议你每天早起一个小时，读一些文章，可以是你自己做过的阅读，培养语感，加深印象。另外建议你听一下VOA的英语，可以先从慢速开始，找到状态后转入正常语速。多听，尽量不要看原文，要自己能听懂。综合这个不太好训练，买个专项练习。写作蛮不错，注意卷面整洁就OK。另外把作文题型最好看一遍，环境的、教育的，建议信、邀请信，不要有盲点。历年的真题是好材料 ，买一套十年真题做透。建议做完一遍之后不要着急看听力的解析材料，争取独自把听力材料听得透彻。晚上抽空就做几篇阅读或者写一篇作文。六级英词汇比较多，在做阅读过程中要有意识地积累词汇，我建议不要死记硬背，要在具体的语言环境中学习单词，还要学会把不同的单词有联系的记忆。例如反映作者态度的词汇：baised object等坚持下去，英语六级通过一定没问题的，要相信自己努力之后可以通过！
2012英语四级听力的选项顺序每个人不是都一样的，题目是一样的，选项顺序不一样。
英语准考证号一共由15位数组成，第1-2位数是省代码，第3-6位数是学校编号，第7-8位数是参加考试的年份，第9位数是表示参加考试的月份（1代表6月，2代表12月）。第10位数是表示考试级别（1代表英语四级，2代表英语六级），第11-15位数是你的考场号与座位号。
四级考试
大学英语四级考试，即CET-4，College English Test Band 4的缩写，是由国家教育部高等教育司主持的全国性英语考试。考试的主要对象是根据教育大纲修完大学英语四级的在校专科生、本科生或研究生。大学英语四、六级标准化考试自1986年末开始筹备，1987年正式实施。
英语四级考试目的是推动大学英语教学大纲的贯彻执行，对大学生的英语能力进行客观、准确的测量，为提高我国大学英语课程的教学质量服务。国家教育部委托“全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会”（1993年名为“大学英语四、六级标准化考试设计组”）负责设计、组织、管理与实施大学英语四、六级考试。

英语四级听力149分算及格，听力部分占整套试题的35总分为249分。其中短篇新闻共7小题，每小题7.1分;长对话8个题目，每小题7.1分;听力篇章共10个小题，每小题14.2分。
英语四级听力理解部分分值比例为35中听力对话15听力短文20听力对话部分包括短对话和长对话的听力理解;听力短文部分包括选择题型的短文理解和复合式听写。阅读理解部分分值比例为35中仔细阅读部分25快速阅读部分10
英语四级完型填空部分分值比例为10完型填空部分采用单项选择题型，改错部分的要求是辨认错误并改正。写作和翻译部分分值比例为20中写作部分15翻译部分5
英语四级考试时间分配：英语四级考试时长共125分钟，建议听力25分钟，翻译25-30分钟，写作25-30分钟阅读题有三个部分，选词填空，长阅读和精细阅读，三部分总工时间建议40分钟，可以延长到45分钟，但是绝不能超过。阅读部分占总分的35具体建议选词填空6分钟左右，长阅读11分钟，精细阅读23分钟到25分钟。
2007年12月23日的英语四级考试全国考点都实行新四级，改后各项分配如下： 四级考试单项分的报道共分为四个部分：听力（35、阅读（35、完型填空或改错（10、作文和翻译（20。 各单项报道分的满分分别为： 听力249分， 阅读249分， 完型填空或改错70分， 作文142分。 各单项分相加之和等于总分（710分）。 听力理解部分分值比例为35其中听力对话15听力短文20听力对话部分包括短对话和长对话的听力理解；听力短文部分包括选择题型的短文理解和复合式听写。 阅读理解部分分值比例为35其中仔细阅读部分（reading in depth）25快速阅读部分（skimming and scanning）10仔细阅读部分分为：a）选择题型的篇章阅读理解；b）篇章层次的词汇理解（banked cloze）或短句问答（short answer questions）。快速阅读理解部分测试的是浏览阅读和查读能力。 完型填空或改错部分分值比例为10完型填空部分采用多项选择题型，改错部分的要求是辨认错误并改正。 写作和翻译部分分值比例为20其中写作部分（writing）15翻译部分（translation）5写作的体裁包括议论文、说明文、应用文等；翻译部分测试的是句子、短语或常用表达层次上的中译英能力。
