你才上大三,还很年轻啊,记忆力应该没有任何问题,你要对自己有信心的,这个年龄正是学习新东西的最好年龄,其实,背商务英语词汇不是特别难,想必你之前考过英语四级考试吧那时候也应该有自己背英语词汇的方法吧其实商务英语词汇只是因为比常用的英语词汇要专业一些,而且你又是学生,所以这些词汇平时也用不到,自然不能只靠死记硬背了。如果你已经上班了,而且每天用英语的话,可能会有一部分商务英语词汇在日常工作中使用到,这样也能帮助你熟能生巧,更好地理解和记忆。关于如何背商务英语词汇的问题,我在《西雅图工作英语》的网站上,看过一篇非常棒的文章,是讲背英语单词的窍门的,虽然不是商务英语词汇,但是我想各类词汇的记忆方法都应该是相同的,你可以挑选里面对你有用的,试着用一下。我就是用了他们的方法,觉得的确单词记得更牢固了,不容易忘。我直接把文章贴过来给你看看,希望能帮到你。1.提倡稳扎稳打的基本功夫。如果你不确定看到的单词是什么意思,就只有查字典了。推荐朗文及牛津辞典。最好用汉英 双解,不推荐用中英辞典,这样永远学不好。查单词时,一定要从头看到尾,把各种解释、用法、例句都快快看过一次。查字典找句你觉得不错的例句多看,自己最好也造一句写下来。2.词语搭配。这是一般学英语学生的最大罩门。中文也有collocation,例如我们说一匹马,不说一匹女人;打草惊蛇,不说打草惊蚯蚓。所以学英语要连该单词的固定搭配或语境一起学。一个单词固定搭配的介词也要一起记。如be consistent with视为一个单位记。解释都过一遍,自己找出最符合上下文中的定义。字典中有单字就继续查那个生词,查到没生词为止。 Cross-reference is very important for boosting your vocabulary power.3.碰见难题自己找答案。你在做英语测试题得时候,想尽办法自己找出答案,自己真的找不到答案才问别人。一定要学会自己找出答案,这样才能记得牢,不容易忘记。Be your own teacher!4. 给自己定个时间表。词汇量是日积月累的,一天搞懂(不是死记)十个重点单字,当天写篇日记或发手机短信运用学到的这些词。每天复习前一天的单词,考试当天自是得心应手。5. 随时随地学英文。如果你的记忆力不是很好,那就用分析的方式帮我记住单词,这个很有效。不要用看的,可以用听的方式学习。而其可以用零碎地时间来学,例如打车时,走路时,玩电脑时,就放英语学习的MP3或者CD当背景声。你们也可以去买一套有磁带的单字书,每天多听几次。睡前也听,睡眠学习法很有用。这种以听代看的学习方法对工作繁忙的白领们非常奏效6. 活用语音表意、以形表意、语音转换等词汇学习法。利用已知背未知的大原则,每次看到新单词,就先从你已经知道的单词中找最接近的单词去联想,看能否语音转换,多多练习联想会愈快。这些理论只要自己多练习活用,以后下意识看到单词就自动会把它拆开啦!上过我词汇课的同学,应该要看的懂我所标示的说明,如total/ partial assimilation,规则还记得吗7. 基本词缀要看熟。如ad-,-ate, -ful等。 去找本有字根字首分析的书。然后最好要有英文解释及例句。运用我教过的几种词汇理论,把每个单字都归纳过一次,包括书中的字根字首都可以用语音转换分析,这样单字才记得牢。8. 每天只记30个常用单词!不要急于求成,一天就想背下来几十个单词,那是不可能的。如果你能每天能牢记30个单词,那么半年下来你的单词量就能达到5475个,和老外正常沟通绝对绝对没问题。你可以从英语教材的单词表或者专门的词汇书直接挑单词来背,你觉得哪些是你生活或者工作中的高频单词,就把它们挑出来,可以到字典里再去查一查英文解释,加深理解,然后直接用书上的例句或者自己造句,反复背诵,这样就不会背了又忘,忘了又背了。9. 请尽量学习用英文了解英文。我的讲义向来不放中文解释,就是不希望同学太依赖中文,而影响对英文单词的正确理解。我的单词解释都以英文为主,不告诉你中文。要是有生词,请自己查字典。至少定义部分要达到无单词的地步。请尽量学习用英文了解英文。当你比我用功的时候,你的英文应该进步神速了。10. 要大声地读出来!尽量开口说,就算记生词也是。把握正确发音,才能帮助记住一个单词。多找文章大声朗诵。一定要告别哑巴英语的年代,能说英语才是硬道理。另外,根据我的个人经验,商务英语词汇并不都是非常实用的,有些在平时工作中也用不上,当时我背这些也是为了考个证书,其实没有太大的用处。这个《西雅图工作英语》的教材里面倒是有很多工作/职场英语方面词汇呢,每节都有好几十个,加起来也得有好几千个单词呢,相比之下,我觉得这些单词更适合我们上班族学习和使用,如果你有时间的话,建议你学学这个,对你毕业后找工作肯定更有帮助。

2.不过bec考得不止是英语能力,更重要的是商务方面的知识,比较专业化!所以尽管你的基础不错,但还是要努力的^_^
3.bec考察的是应用能力,包括听说读写!特别是听力和口语,要多加练习,听力的速度是相对比较快的,而且大部分都需要你对材料分析,即不能单靠听就能得出答案,所以难度还是比较高的;而口语一来要求标准流利,二来要求作答得有内容,所以不单止你的口语和思维要好,而且partners 之间要配合得好!
4.高级在中国很少人能考好的,拿a的几乎还没有,即使是过了,也只是b或c,因此它 的含金量也是比较高的。
5.紧记备考时要重视真题,因为市面上卖的模拟题往往比真题浅显很多。

我觉得单词也不用特意去背,大部分单词还是挺常见的,关键是理解单词在商务语境中的用法和你在口语和写作中尽量用地道的商务词汇。
用单词书帮助你理解。
楼上两人说的好听,境界很高啊,看说明高级BEC词汇达到1.3万-1.5万,不经过专业的单词突击,能叫不难吧?我看谁考过六级,词汇能达到1万的??看文章做题目,80词汇的用法不弄清楚,根本无法作答的,考试就是考试,又不是听力口语。。。
可以下载些bbn的MP3的经济文章。不用特意背。
看你的英语水平决定
我个人觉得,学英语是没有必要背词汇的,其实你平时只要阅读量到了一个水平,很多词汇自然就懂了
bec高级对于词汇要求不是非常高,其实你可以通过做真题来检验自己,基本上需要的词汇在真题中都出现了,所以我不建议你背词汇书,多阅读一些文章,如bbc和cnn就好的,真的

其实BEC里面的单词并不难,不需要专门背什么单词的。它主要是考你英语的实用性,用词都很简单。主要适用那些什么上升、下降、保持稳定等等描述数据变化的词语。
