　　1. 你为什么要去（或为什么要参加美国迪斯尼打工这个项目）【多说几句】

　　First of all, Disney has always been the kingdom of fairy tale in my dream since I was a little girl/boy. So to work in the Disney gives me the chance to have a closer look to my dream world; thus, I can enjoy myself while working there. Secondly, I can learn a lot from this experience. For example, to work in a foreign is totally different from working in my familiar places. I can have the opportunity to manage to look after myself in a totally strange place.

　　2. 你喜欢迪斯尼的哪部作品？

　　It’s really hard to choose because I love plenty lot of them, such as Snow White and Seven Dwarfs (白雪公主和七个小矮人), The Three Caballeros (三骑士), Sleeping Beauty (睡美人) and so on. But if　I have to pick a favorite one, then I may choose The Little Mermaid (小美人鱼). She impressed so much by her persistence and great courage. She can sacrifice anything for her love, including her life. Her story always reminds me of a proverb: if you stand for nothing, you’ll fall in everything. The Little Mermaid has her own belief and I have mine. And I’ll make every effort to realize my dream.

　　I dream to be a enterpriser for as long as I’m concerned, this career combines self-realization and my contributions to society quiet well. I love creating my career myself and even if the process would be very tough, I still enjoy the pleasure of marching to success. And if I were a successful enterpriser, I could afford to help those who needed help, for example, the starved and those dropped out.

　　4. 你最想去什么地方，为什么？(美国…)

　　As to the country which I want to go to most, my answer is definitely the USA. It’s a country famous for its diversity and its declaration of freedom. Countless world-known people are from America. Not to mention its beautiful scenery and charming and distinguished American Style. I am totally attracted and I’m curious what on earth America is like. I want to find the answer myself.

　　The Little Mermaid (小美人鱼). She impressed so much by her persistence and great courage. She can sacrifice anything for her love, including her life. 　　I guess I will try to communicate. I believe that communication is the key to solve the problem. I may have the two of us sit down and have a peaceful talk, with a cup of coffee or milk tea would be better. I shall tell her/him my own feelings and listen to his/her vie of the problem. We shall find out the reason for our conflict and work together to solve the problem. Maybe the two of us have to compromise. But we have to learn to compromise.

　　7. 展望在迪斯尼的工作和生活

　　I have dreamed about life in Disney for numerous times. In all those daydreams, they are all romantic and fantastic. However, I know clearly daydreaming is just daydreaming. I go there, first of all, to work. And I can definitely learn a whole lot while working there, like emergencyresponse etc. Meanwhile, I may get the chance to know more about American people and have a lot of fun there as a traveler.

　　8. What’s your purpose of participating in this program (写关于study,intership,experiental learning的东西，不要写work)

　　This program is a perfect opportunity for me to learn what I can’t learn in the classroom. I can look on it as an internship or a kind of experimentallearning. If I participated in this program, I would meet a lot of people everyday; maybe coming from different parts of the world and having different backgrounds. I may learn the subtle ways to communicate with different people and learn to handle things under control. We all know that it’s easier said than done. So here is a good chance in front of me to practice what I’ve learned and learn what I haven’t mastered. Why would I let it slip away from me?

　　9. What do you expect most to learn from this program?

　　Well, I do believe that I can learn a while lot from this program, anything but not those I can get in the book, for example, emergencyresponse and independency. As a foreigner in the USA, what I have to encounter is not only the difficult in the daily life without the care of my parents, but also difficulty in work. I believe I can become more independent and more mature conducting myself after this program.

　　10. How much do you know about Disneyland?

　　Well, I may not be an expert in this respect. What I know about the Disneyland is just like what most people know. Disneyland is a theme park located in many parts of the world such as Japan, Hong Kong, etc. Disneyland has eight themed areas or “lands” that host various shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions. And this year, Disneyland celebrates its 55th anniversary.

　　Just like Walter E. Disney said, here age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America, with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.

　　One thing I shall keep in mind whenever I encounteremergency is to keep calm and don’t panic. And I also shall remember that I shall do as the staff regulations. I shall see if this emergency is in my scope of duty and whether I can handle it or not. If I cannot deal with it, I shall ask for help. And while I’m trying to help solve the problem, I shall not forget to comfort the customer and set his/her mind at rest.
