　　PEP小学英语三年级下册第一单元教学反思PEP小学英语三年级下册第一单元是围绕着“重返校园”这一主题展开的，教学内容贴近学生的实际生活、突出交际性和实用性。第一单元的教学已结束，现把本单元教学中的心得和感想总结如下：一．做得好的方面1.教学中努力做到了因材施教在教学中我积极进行了调整，对活跃的学生，引导他们培养安静思考的好习惯；对于不爱发言的学生，千万百计地调动他们的积极性，鼓励他们开口说英语。就这样，两种不同性格的学生都得到了均衡发展，所以，在第一单元的周过关检测中，两个班的成绩几乎持平。2.教学中注重培养学生的学习兴趣针对部分学生对英语学习不太感兴趣的实际情况，我在教学中做了积极的努力，备课的时候充分考虑到了这部分学生，在活动的设计上，做了精心的准备，每堂课中课堂活动形式多样，还把教学内容设计成了一系列的游戏，使学生真正做到“学中玩，玩中学”，在游戏中习得英语内容。同时，在本单元的教学中，我充分利用了多媒体教学的优势，准备了课件，使学习内容更生动、直观，每堂课的最后五分钟，还给学生播放一些动画片片段，使学生边看动画边学英语，现在，三年级两个班的学生都学会了很多动画片里面的生活用语。此外，我还鼓励学生在课外多使用英语交流，通过利用各种手段激发学生的学习兴趣，现在三年级学生学习英语的热情十分高涨，随着兴趣不断浓厚，大部分学生都有了明显进步。二．需要改进的方面
