　　建议每天练习听写，提高准确度。雅思听力侧重听的准确性和组织归纳信息的能力，不是听到大义就可以的。如果考A类，除了雅思真题之外，可以练习听BBC新闻听力，在公交车上不便写，可以联系跟读和口头复述。尽可能记下主要信息。剑桥雅思真题也可以通过这种形式再听一遍，会有不一样的效果。1-3很简单，如果觉得不够难度，可以从4开始练习。

　　优点：杂音极其多，语速快。听完中级再听其他雅思模拟题有一种语速好慢

　　建议：运用的时候，不要去做题目，以免有误导作用

　　毕竟是应付考试，连考试的听力都听不了，听电影，广播都是没谱的事儿

　　鉴于雅思听力中大部分是英音，所以可以找 bbc 的新闻当作平时的练习材料。除此之外，还可以看一些英剧。bbc 的纪录片也是很好的选择。

　　雅思听力中英音较多，在选择听力材料时可以选一些英式发音的材料。比如 bbc 新闻、纪录片。也可以选择经典教材，如 listen to this。这套教材有初级、中级、高级三个难度等级，根据自己现阶段的水平选择相应教材。其实，选择什么材料并没有很大讲究，只要是原汁原味的英文材料，难度不要过于简单，都是值得练习的。

　　从有听力文字的材料练起。 具体的做法是听，然后回过来研究文字材料，都搞懂了，试着背诵这些文字材料，最后再回过去听，这时候，当你听到你已经背诵的出的文字时，那种顺畅的感觉实在是没有经历过无法体会到。接下来要做的就是不断提升听力的难度，不断重复上述的步骤，只要坚持，终于有一天我们雅思听力材料的语速越来越慢，出的题目也越来越简单。练习精听泛听都离不开阅读水平。建议结合着课外辅导班一起学习，北京新东方的雅思课程就很不错。道理是，成年人学习听力是在学习阅读之后进行的，所以大脑的思维程序是，先把听到的声音转为文字，再领会意义。也就是说，能否听懂取决于能否读懂。
